Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Experienced Casino Dealer to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create an enjoyable casino gaming environment. You will conduct games according to strict rules and house procedures while complying with all gaming regulations. The ideal candidate has previous dealing experience. 

Responsibilities 
  • Shuffle, deal and manage cards or dice while maintaining game integrity and preventing cheating or irregularities
  • Handle bets and payouts accurately and efficiently, including chip handling, calculating odds and processing winning/losing bets
  • Interact with players professionally - explaining rules, answering questions and maintaining a friendly yet neutral demeanor
  • Monitor player behavior and report any suspicious activity, disputes or violations of casino policy to supervisors or security
  • Maintain game security by following protocols for chip security, card control and table audits
  • Balance chip trays at the end of shift
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Dealer is required
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Proven experience as a dealer in a licensed casino with proficiency in key games such as Blackjack, Craps and Roulette
  • Completion of a certified dealer school/training program is preferred
  • Strong English language skills (verbal and written); additional languages are a bonus
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG SCREENING AND BACKGROUND
