Job description

Our client, a growing technology company, is seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their downtown Calgary office. 
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Manage daily office operations, including welcoming visitors, coordinating office supplies, handling mail and deliveries, and maintaining common areas.
  • Ensure office facilities remain organized, professional, and fully functional, including reception, meeting rooms, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Act as the primary contact for building management, vendors, facilities providers, and travel partners.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities in partnership with the People & Culture team. 
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal events, team gatherings, and company functions. 
  • Prepare and process corporate credit card expense reports and assist with expense audits alongside the Finance team. 
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams as required. 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, catering, and event logistics. 
  • Assist with branded merchandise and inventory management. 
  • Support additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
