Job description

Energy Transactional Project Development Associate - Multiple Offices

Troutman Pepper Locke is seeking an associate to join our Energy Transactional practice group in our Atlanta, New York, or Washington D.C. office. We are seeking candidates with 4 to 7 years of project experience, including experience with M&A, JVs, EPCs, O&M, tolling, development, supply agreements, power purchase agreements, and project finance, ideally with energy, renewable energy, and/or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiating skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to independently manage some components of deals.

This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national project finance and development practice and participate in sophisticated matters. Our deal teams are structured to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact. Our group is comprised of team players who are supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates develop throughout their career.

The salary range for this position is $295,000 - $370,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
