Job description

We are seeking Production Staff to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.
Responsibilities:

  • Read and follow work instructions
  • Follow all established safety procedures
  • Hand laminate composite components using carbon fiber pre-preg and other similar materials, to specifications set by work instructions, layup manuals, and other technical documentation
  • Follow quality control processes
  • Consult and resolve quality issues as they arise, in unison with Quality Team, Engineers and Supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with Supervisor's established priorities to assure laminating and assembly workflow is sustained
  • Experience working in Production manufacturing environment
