Location: The Caramel Tree – Rigby, ID
Schedule: Monday–Friday (production-driven; some flexibility during peak seasons)
Hours: Typically daytime (8/9 AM start – end time based on production needs)


At The Caramel Tree, we handcraft high end caramel confections with a commitment to quality. We have 1 retail location, several online channels, and national wholesale. As we grow across multiple brands and channels, we’re building a stronger production team to support higher output and more consistent operations.



Job Overview:

This is a key production role focused on operating our packaging and production equipment.

You’ll be responsible for running machines that produce and package our products, keeping them running efficiently, and handling basic maintenance. You’ll also help keep the facility organized and support the broader production team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate packaging and production machines (flow wrappers, auto baggers, etc.)
  • Produce and package products efficiently and consistently
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Keep machines clean, organized, and ready for use
  • Assist with facility upkeep and organization
  • Support production with palletizing, staging, and workflow
