Car Wash Associate

Benny's is hiring! If you're someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fast-moving team, this could be a great fit. No experience necessary - we'll train you.

What to Expect:

  • Outdoor work rain or shine, hot or cold. You'll be working outside in all weather conditions.
  • On your feet, hands-on tasks this is a physically active job that keeps you moving.
  • Fast-paced environment we stay busy, and we work together to get the job done right.
  • Customer interaction you'll be the face of Benny's, helping customers and making their experience great.
  • Room for advancement we promote from within, and many of our managers started in this role.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Part-time: $12/hour (less than 30 hours/week)
  • Full-time: $12/hour (30+ hours/week)
  • 40 hours of paid time off, increasing with tenure
  • Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance
  • Free car washes + discounts on oil changes
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year for eligible students
  • Bonus and referral opportunities
  • Certification reimbursement programs - up to $3,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the sales kiosks
  • Promote our Unlimited Memberships and help customers sign up
  • Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
  • Vacuum interiors, clean windows, and perform basic detailing
  • Maintain site cleanliness - take out trash, clean vacuums, prep towels, and wash down equipment
  • Operate and maintain car wash tools and machinery (training provided)
  • Contribute to a positive, team-first environment

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Team-oriented and reliable
