Car Wash Associate

Benny's is hiring! If you're someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a fast-moving team, this could be a great fit. Whether you're a student looking for part-time work or someone seeking a career with growth opportunities, we offer a strong team environment and a role where no two days are the same.

No experience necessary - we'll train you.

What to Expect:

  • Outdoor work rain or shine, hot or cold. You'll be working outside in all weather conditions.
  • On your feet, hands-on tasks this is a physically active job that keeps you moving.
  • Fast-paced environment we stay busy, and we work together to get the job done right.
  • Customer interaction you'll be the face of Benny's, helping customers and making their experience great.
  • Room for advancement we promote from within, and many of our managers started in this role.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Part-time: $12/hour (less than 30 hours/week)
  • Full-time: $12/hour (30+ hours/week)
  • 40 hours of paid time off, increasing with tenure
