Lewis Ford Pooler, we're looking for a Used Car Reconditioning Technician to ensure that our used vehicles are properly inspected and documented for repairs. What You'll Do:

  • Perform thorough vehicle inspections and reconditioning of used cars

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of issues, including electrical systems, mechanical components, and interior/exterior trim

  • Execute repairs efficiently and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards

  • Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to verify repairs and identify further concerns

  • Collaborate with service advisors to communicate vehicle status and additional service recommendations

  • Complete warranty repairs in line with manufacturer specifications

  • Maintain a clean, professional workspace and uphold company safety and quality standards



Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in used car reconditioning and general automotive repair (willing to train the right candidate, but at least two years of experience preferred)

  • High-level Ford experience preferred

  • ASE or similar certifications highly preferred

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple vehicle systems

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform complete and accurate inspections

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Must be 19 years or older with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

  • Willing to submit to a background check
