Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team at Tidal Therapy Services. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide remote therapy in a supportive environment focused on mental health and wellness within the community.

Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to fulfill your responsibilities from the comfort of your own home while still being a vital part of our collaborative team. Our clinicians enjoy a flexible work schedule, operating from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enabling a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, using diagnostic interviews and standardized assessment tools.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are collaboratively designed with clients, aligning with their unique needs, objectives, and preferences.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address and manage mood disorders effectively.

  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, aiding them in understanding their conditions.

  • Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care that addresses both psychological and medical aspects of client health.

  • Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments, continuously enhancing personal competency and therapeutic strategies.

  • Maintain thorough and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
