Position Overview
We're looking for a skilled Auto Interior & Glass Repair Technician with at least 3 years of professional experience in automotive interior and/or glass repair.
You'll play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their highest standard of quality, helping our dealership partners deliver showroom-ready cars to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Repair damaged cloth, leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces in vehicle interiors
  • Restore and refinish dashboards, seats, consoles, headliners, and panels
  • Perform color matching and dyeing on fabric, leather, and trim surfaces
  • Repair stars, bullseyes, cracks, scratches, and combination breaks in windshields and windows
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with management and dealership personnel
  • Document all completed repairs with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive interior or glass repair
  • Strong understanding of material types, dyes, and repair processes
  • Eye for color accuracy and craftsmanship
