We offer competitive pay and a professional work environment where your skills and dedication are valued.Job DetailsSalary: $20 - $35 per hourJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Madison, NJ 07940Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using current technical and administrative tools.Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.Assist in greeting customers in the service drive area when needed.Stay updated with technical publications, service communications, and system operations.Ensure safe, high-quality vehicle service delivered correctly on the first visit.Address all original customer concerns comprehensively before recommending additional services.Inspect vehicles thoroughly for maintenance in line with local and factory recommendations.Return vehicles to customers clean and in excellent condition.Participate actively in factory and in-house training programs.Accurately complete all required paperwork and attach necessary documentation.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, and wear a clean uniform daily.Work HoursThis is a full-time position with standard working hours. Job Requirements:
Required QualificationsExperience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of various vehicle makes and models.Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.Strong communication skills and professional work ethic.Positive attitude with high energy and excellent customer service abilities.Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions clearly.Good judgment and problem-solving skills.Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.High school diploma or equivalent required.Technical aptitude demonstrated by ASE certification.Technical or trade school degree is preferred.
