Job Details Salary: $25 to $33 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 Responsibilities Accurately troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using current administrative and technical tools. Provide excellent customer service, showing courtesy to all customers. Assist as a secondary customer greeter near the Service Drive. Stay updated with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal usage. Ensure vehicle service is performed safely and correctly on the first attempt. Address all original customer concerns before discussing additional sales opportunities. Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify maintenance needs per local area and factory recommendations. Return customers’ vehicles clean or cleaner than at drop-off. Participate in factory and in-house training programs to enhance skills. Complete all required paperwork accurately and attach necessary shop forms. Perform duties assigned by Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Group Leader. Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a clean uniform. Job Requirements:
Qualifications Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models. Track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Excellent communication skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Positive attitude and high-energy personality. Superb customer service skills. Ability to read and understand instructions thoroughly. Good judgment and decision-making abilities. Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. ASE certification or equivalent demonstrating technical aptitude.
