Counter Rental Agent

$17/hour plus Commission 

Hourly wage plus an extremely profitable commission / incentive / bonus plan (Unlimited earnings potential as much as 3 times your annual base salary!)

What You’ll Do:

Pierre Budget Car Rental Agents are responsible for all aspects of the rental expierience!  Light duty detailing of vehicles upon return and computer work to create and close contracts.

You will be responsible for renting our cars and promoting our products and services at our airport rental counters. This includes:

Processing contracts,

Listening to and identifying customer needs,

Effectively adding our offerings and services to enhance their travel experience while providing excellent customer service.

Be a vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology

Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations

Plan fleet usage throughout shift to maximize customer satisfaction and counter sales

· We will supply you with the necessary training to reach your full potential. This training will empower you to meet sales goals and maximize earning potential. Additionally, you will be able to take advantage of our educational opportunities to develop skills that will prepare you for career advancement.

What We’re Looking For:

Effective verbal communication skills

Valid Driver’s License

Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)

Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
