As the Loaner Coordinator, you are the face of our loaner program. You'll manage the full flow of loaner vehicles-ensuring each one is ready, documented, secure, and delivered with the level of care that defines the Bill Jacobs experience.

You'll work side-by-side with Service Advisors, Technicians, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly and customers feeling valued.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating a smooth, professional loaner experience for every customer
  • Checking customers in/out and completing accurate loaner agreements
  • Keeping the loaner fleet organized, fueled, clean, and fully ready to go
  • Tracking vehicles using RecovR and monitoring mileage, location, and return timing
  • Inspecting returned vehicles for fuel, mileage, and condition
  • Coordinating internal repair orders for returned loaners and used vehicles
  • Supporting the service team by keeping communication and documentation tight and timely
  • Keeping logs, reports, and records updated with accuracy and care
