We're looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Rental Car Coordinator to join our busy Chevrolet dealership team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, managing schedules, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Position Overview
As a Rental Car Coordinator, you'll oversee the daily operation of our service loaner and rental vehicle program. You'll work closely with service advisors, customers, and dealership staff to ensure customers receive a seamless experience while their vehicles are being serviced.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule rental/loaner vehicles for service customers
  • Check vehicles in and out, documenting condition and mileage
  • Maintain accurate rental agreements and customer records
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for use
  • Monitor fleet availability and vehicle maintenance needs
  • Verify insurance and driver eligibility requirements
  • Communicate with service advisors regarding customer transportation needs
