Position Description: The Community Support Coordinator coordinates and provides support to people receiving services from Options and works as part of a team primarily supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. Each Community Support Coordinator has a small caseload and maintains a flexible work schedule based on the needs of individuals they support Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. Occasional evening and weekend hours required. Applicants must have an insured vehicle and a good driving record.
