At ServiceMaster Restore, we’ve been that trusted partner for years, and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.

This is an in-person role based in the greater Salem, OR area. Candidates must live locally or be willing to relocate.
Compensation
  • Base salary plus commission with earning potential of $70,000–$85,000+ per year

What You’ll Do
  • Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
  • Build schedules and keep projects on track for time and budget
  • Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors
  • Communicate with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and job quality
  • Schedule subcontractors and coordinate materials as needed
  • Keep project documentation accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience managing construction or restoration projects
  • Experience running multiple projects at once

  • Experience with budgets, scheduling, subcontractors, and job costing
  • Leadership mindset and willingness to take full ownership of your projects
  • Restoration or insurance reconstruction experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Ability to pass a background check (covering records from age 18)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be able to work in-person in the greater Salem, OR area
