Job description

Epsilon C5I ( ), a division of Epsilon Systems Solutions, is a 100 percent employee-owned company founded in 1998 with more than 20 locations serving the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, non-profit and commercial customers. The Dayton division is one of only five prime awardees servicing a 10-year, $4.7 billion NOVASTAR contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), WPAFB, Ohio.
The full-time MBSE Engineer/Scientist 4 (ES4) will model systems in SysML v2 and use those models in support of the NASIC / NSIC mission. Candidates will lead the efforts of junior model-based systems engineers. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a technical team and have effective oral and written communication skills. Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create system reference models in SysML v2.
  • Perform and lead system analysis.
  • Supervise the efforts of other model-based systems engineers.
  • Write analysis reports and develop briefings.
  • Work independently and in a team environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • At a minimum, hold a master's degree in systems, electrical, aerospace, software, or mechanical engineering or similar degree.
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Applicants must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI eligibility.

  • Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
  • Noise conditions range from very quiet to noisy.
  • Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
  • Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and move at least 25 pounds.
