Keystone is looking for a detail-oriented, technically-mindedCNC Programmer/Skilled Machinistto add to our team. We do ask for a good work ethic, mechanical know-how, and a willingness to learn new things. We are located in HUB Parkway inValley View.This position will be scheduled accordingly, however we are looking for someone open to first and into second shift hours, Monday through Friday, Saturday when necessary.100% on-site. Pay rate depends on related knowledge and experience and will be within the $25-$35/hour range.

About the role:

Purpose:A CNC Programmer is responsible for the preparation and initial production of precision machines parts to the customer’s exact specifications. To accomplish this, the team member must read and interpret technical drawings, input design specifications, adjust cutting paths and perform quality checks in order to turn the project over to an operator.CNC Programmers are also expected to operate the machines when needed.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

· Reading and interpreting technical blueprints

· Loading raw materials into the CNC machines

· Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job

· Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications

· Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process

· Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stages and on the final product

· Cleaning and maintaining the machines

· Oversight of production runs

· Training new staff in machine operation procedures
