As a Multi-Shop Parts Manager, you will help drive consistency, organization, and accountability across multiple B Street Collision locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands collision repair operations, and can lead teams while keeping parts processes efficient and accurate across their region.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS OF THE AREA PARTS MANAGER:
  • Support and oversee parts operations across multiple B Street Collision locations
  • Audit parts departments from both an in shop and system perspective to ensure consistency, organization, and process accuracy
  • Help maintain parts flow and accountability across all assigned shops
  • Assist locations with returns, credits, and additional parts ordering when necessary
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement operational standards
  • Work closely with production teams, technicians, and vendors to keep repairs moving efficiently
  • Help train and support parts team members while promoting a positive, team-focused culture
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional parts environments across all locations
HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES:
  • Maintain a consistent Monday - Friday 6:45 AM - 5:00 PM schedule
  • Ability to travel between multiple shop locations as needed
  • Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
  • Motivated pace with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a positive can-do attitude
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Previous automotive parts experience required
  • Leadership, process management, or multi-location experience preferred
