Job description

Sheboygan Auto Group is looking for an experienced New Car Manager / New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our growing dealership team in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
We are seeking a motivated automotive leader who understands new vehicle sales operations, inventory management, desking deals, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and dealership profitability. The ideal candidate is process-driven, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Automotive New Car Manager, New Vehicle Sales Manager, Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or Finance Manager looking to join a respected and growing dealer group.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all new vehicle sales operations

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a New Car Manager, Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, Finance Manager, or Sales Director preferred

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze reports, sales data, and market trends
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with dealership CRM and inventory management systems preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
