  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and frontline team members
  • Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and customer service
  • Ensure every customer has an outstanding experience
  • Drive Unlimited Wash Club membership growth and sales performance
  • Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and labor costs
  • Oversee express wash and professional detailing operations
  • Maintain the highest standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment uptime
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
