Job description

Have a passion for cars? Are you organized and able to work under minimal supervision? Want a flexible schedule plus access to DailyPay? Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is currently hiring quality, high energy people to work as a Rental Car Lot Coordinator for our partners.
What you'll do:
  • Direct and traffic in the rental car lot according to current priorities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the pit and keep it organized by category
  • Follow safe driving practices, company safety procedures and verbal directions
  • Move rental vehicles as needed for inventory space and to the dirty pit when needed
  • Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
  • Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
  • Move de-fleet vehicles and coordinate lot operations
  • Perform supply chain duties as needed
  • Remove all films on seats, handles, mats and steering wheels
  • Apply all required tags to comply with Motor Vehicles Department standards
  • Ensure all required documents are in the vehicle
  • Transport vehicles safely and quickly within the site from one location to another
  • Adapt to changing schedules and tasks as required
  • Provide amazing service and professionalism to our clients and customers

  • Valid driver's license
  • A clean driving record is great but not required
