Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting customers, efficiently washing and drying vehicles, and handling car wash equipment safely. Your commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will be essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our car wash facility. Reporting to the Car Wash Supervisor, you will work in a supportive environment that encourages learning and development while providing effective and courteous service with a smile.
Detailed Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Direct vehicles to the wash area with a pleasant attitude.
  • Carry out visual inspections of vehicles to ensure that there are no issues prior to entering the wash area.
  • Drives car to carwash bay area with care and cautiousness
  • Handle the carwash process and be able to operate equipment, tools and application of cleaning solutions.
  • Perform cleaning in the area and ensure that everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized.
  • Attention to detail in cleaning, polishing and detailing of each car as per the specified package inclusion
  • Finish in a timely manner while maintaining the best service outcome
  • Ensure high-quality services are delivered at all times in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Ensuring full tools and materials are available at all times while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and safety of the whole area.
  • Coordinates with other departments for any concerns.
  • Report to Supervisor and monitor inventory levels (storage), ordering and deliveries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in Auto Care services..
  • Perform other related duties
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the surrounding areas, ensuring a neat and safe environment at all times
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, and consistently embrace and exemplify the company's core values in all aspects of work.

Education
  • A High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
  • Relative experience is prefer but not required
  • Flexible in scheduled shifts, including early morning start times, weekdays, weekends and or holidays.
  • Loves interacting with guests
  • Believes in teamwork

  • Enjoys being challenged

Experience & Functional Knowledge
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift items (According to OSHA guidelines)
  • Ability to work rapidly to ensure that customers receive their vehicle in agreed time. Have a valid driver's license to effectively operate
  • customer and organization owned vehicles.
  • Have experience driving different vehicle types such as a standard or automatic vehicle.
  • Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour plus tips
Expected hours: 40 per week
