Job description

DrivingMBA is a one-of-a-kind driving school that utilizes state of the art simulation technology for teaching the fundamentals of driving as well as defensive driving. DrivingMBA's curriculum is a science-based, integrated approach that combines multiple modalities to teach and reach all students. The goal of DrivingMBA is to develop competent, safe and responsible new drivers.

DrivingMBA Youth Educator/Trainer

Glendale/Scottsdale - Ability to work out of both locations is required.

Do you have a passion for mentoring and teaching people? Seeking an individual with strong communication skills, upbeat personality, and strong work ethic. Ability to multi-task and being flexible is key. Individuals with a propensity to teach and lifelong learners encouraged to apply for a meaningful, fast paced and exciting position. We are currently looking for individuals that have experience working with neuro-divergent individuals as well.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Must be willing and able to work with all types of students
  • Must possess the enthusiasm, sense of humor, professionalism and dedication required to teach and make learning fun
  • Position includes training in both simulation labs and on-road
  • Establish and maintain a supportive learning environment
  • Initiate and maintain positive communication with students, parents, fellow instructors and leads
  • Demonstrate awareness of the needs of students and provide for individual differences

REQUIREMENTS:

=Must be able to train and work in both Glendale and Scottsdale

  • Winter Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 12-9:30pm. Saturdays 9am to 6:30pm and occassional Sunday hours. Saturdays are mandatory.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, fingerprint check, and must be able to pass an MVD test within the first 90 days of employment.
  • No previous experience with driver education needed
  • Must have held a driver’s license for a minimum of 10 years
  • Must be 26 years or older
