As a Car Specialist, you will join the Broad Arrow team, helping clients buy, sell, and finance collector cars through auctions, private sales, Hagerty Marketplace, and Broad Arrow Capital. We are seeking candidates with proven sales experience in the collector car industry as well as those with highly specialized knowledge/expertise in collector cars, ideally across several marques and eras of production.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with car collectors and clients by providing high-quality advice and expertise
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on buying and selling collector cars
  • Proactively generate and develop new clients through outreach, cold calling, and participation in collector car events.
  • Drive revenue through consigning and selling cars via live and online auctions, and private sales
  • Inspect cars in person on behalf of clients and provide informed assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Editorial team to ensure accurate descriptions of consigned vehicles.
  • Travel regularly to meet clients interested in buying or selling collector cars.
  • Attend automotive events as requested to support client engagement and business development.
  • Partner with administration, client services, and marketing/PR teams to facilitate the full consignment process.
  • Oversee photography, cataloging and expense management for individual consignments as needed
