Project and Change Management Intern to join our Project and Change Management and Communications team.
This internship offers hands-on experience supporting high-impact business initiatives, organizational change efforts, project management activities, communications, and community engagement. You'll gain exposure to how teams plan and execute projects, help people adopt new ways of working, and tell the stories that connect employees, leaders, and communities to the work happening across the organization.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Support project and change management activities by coordinating deliverables, maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, and monitoring key milestones.
- Assist with stakeholder meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing materials, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Conduct research and gather information to support project planning, business needs analysis, stakeholder assessments, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, organizational changes, and project execution.
- Support communication, training, and employee engagement activities that help teams adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Assist with drafting, editing, and publishing communications, including project updates, newsletters, presentations, LinkedIn content, emails, and SharePoint or intranet content.
- Gather content and help tell the story of project successes, employee achievements, business updates, community involvement, and organizational change initiatives.
- Support community engagement efforts by coordinating volunteer activities, promoting participation opportunities, and assisting with event planning and communications.
- Create presentations, graphics, and other visual materials that support project updates, change campaigns, employee engagement, and community initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Change Management, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize work, and support competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, intranet platforms, Power Apps, or project management tools is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and build positive working relationships.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new skills, ask questions, and take on new challenges.
- Interest in project management, change management, communications, business transformation, community engagement, or organizational effectiveness.
- Creative thinking skills and an interest in storytelling, presentations, graphics, LinkedIn content, employee engagement, or visual communications.
- Experience with Canva, video creation, graphic design, or presentation development is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to gather information and support decision-making.
