We are looking for a friendly, reliable Shuttle Driver to join our service team. In this role, you serve as the face of the dealership on the road — providing courtesy transportation to customers whose vehicles are being serviced, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport customers to and from their home, workplace, or other destinations while their vehicle is being serviced
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle
  • Coordinate with the service department and dispatcher to stay on schedule and adapt to route changes
  • Maintain a trip log including passenger names, pick-up points, and destinations
  • Communicate with the service manager or dispatcher regarding any maintenance needs for the shuttle vehicle
  • Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working order
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as a representative of the dealership
  • Assist with other service department tasks — such as moving vehicles on the lot or light administrative duties — when not actively running routes
