* Experience with Shipley Framework: Expertise in the use of Shipley or similar capture and proposal management methodologies, including development of win strategies and execution of competitive proposals.

* Capture Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in capture/proposal management, business development, or related roles in the federal government contracting space.
* Minimum 16 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree.
* Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth understanding of federal procurement processes, acquisition regulations (FAR/DFAR), and the intricacies of defense and intelligence contracting.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape winning capture and proposal strategies.
* Team Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional teams, leading virtual or geographically dispersed teams, and driving results under tight deadlines.
