Banquet Captain
As a Banquet Captain, you'll lead the team in executing seamless events-from setup to breakdown-ensuring every detail meets client expectations. You'll coordinate service staff, manage timelines, and serve as the main point of contact during functions. This role is perfect for those with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • You'll be the leader behind memorable events and functions, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
  • Your daily tasks will include supervising banquet staff, coordinating event logistics, and liaising with clients.
  • You will report to the Banquet Manager.
  • A career as a banquet captain can pave the way to various management roles, such as banquet manager, event planner, or even director of catering and conference services.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
  • No educational minimum is required
  • Previous experience in this exact position (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar or related position (required)
