Job Summary:

The Senior Project Coordinator will manage a portfolio of projects supporting innovative teaching practices, assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives that align with the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with the Center's strategic objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, faculty, and external partners involved in Center initiatives.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, project documentation, and presentations to CITL Leadership.
• Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and training sessions, including scheduling, vendor management, and travel arrangements.
• Manage project-related budgets, track expenditures, and assist with financial reporting.
• Support the development and implementation of Center policies and procedures that streamline operations.
• Evaluate project outcomes and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study and 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
