Founded in 1999 by Travis Mack, Saalex Solutions is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned and Operated business with prime and subcontract expertise serving the Navy, Army, Air Force, NASA, corporate clients, and local governments. Saalex offers competitive compensation, career development, flexible work schedules and excellent benefits. Position Type: Contingent on Contract Award. Salary: $100k-$170k (depending on experience) The Project Manager III manages project execution, ensuring delivery of IT, cybersecurity, and engineering efforts aligned with cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Essential Functions: * Lead project execution ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and technical objectives. * Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. * Oversee project reporting, PMRs, and deliverables. * Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cybersecurity, and engineering. * Ensure compliance with contractual and DoD requirements. * Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams. * Other duties as assigned or required. Requirements Required: * 8-12 years of experience in program/project management or related field. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects. * Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk). * Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM).
