Job Summary:
DC BLOX is shaping the future of digital infrastructure by empowering businesses with robust and reliable solutions. The Implementation Coordinator will manage the onboarding process for clients entering colocation data centers, coordinating between teams to ensure successful service implementations.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison and advocate for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding workflows using established templates and checklists to ensure process consistency and efficiency.
• Communicate implementation plans, progress updates, and timelines to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate complex service installations, including the scheduling of site and carrier construction activities.
• Monitor and drive project progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively to maintain schedule integrity.
• Confirm service readiness and activation; ensure all operational and system-related tasks are closed in a timely manner.
• Set clear expectations with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain organized documentation and detailed project notes for internal and client-facing records.
• Exhibit strong multitasking abilities, balancing multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or timelines.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 or more years’ experience with a background in industries but not limited to IT, manufacturing, or telecom.
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent technical training and work experience).
• Solid understanding of data center environments, with a focus on colocation services and client infrastructure requirements.
• Familiarity with basic network infrastructure concepts (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, and connectivity solutions) is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and sales.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills; excellent attention to detail.
Preferred:
• Certifications in data center management (preferred).
• Project Management certification such as CAPM or PMP (preferred).
