Job description

Position Summary

This is an ONSITE position located in Dallas, TX and surrounding sites.

National Capitol Contracting (NCC) is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Conference Room Specialist to provide critical support to a Federal Agency’s Regional Emergency Operations Center (REOC). In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all conference room systems and collaboration technologies that are vital to emergency response coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical for Enterprise Conferencing Services.
  • Emergency Management Response System (EMRS) equipment and services focused on identifying solutions to complex EMRS configuration, security and management of EMRS equipment.
  • Develop and document technical best practices used by the Conference Services Team.
  • Focus on M365 Teams Room application versions compatibility and ensuring compliance to EPAs requires EMRS policies and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (must be able to pass a background and credit check).
  • Valid driver's license required; must be able to travel to various job sites as needed.
  • Associate degree in a related technical IT field or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.
  • 4+ years experience in a similar role, and experience in a problem resolution role.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Prompt, dependable, and able to work outside of core hours if required.
  • Strong self-starter and can work independently.
  • Demonstrated communication skills within the team and other contractors as well as 3rd party vendors.

Special Position Requirements

Travel: Must have a valid driver's license to travel to surrounding sites.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with some evening and weekend hours as needed by customer.


Compensation:

$75,000 - $88,000
