About the role: You will be working in our Tallahassee, FL location processing orders related to public record filing and retrieval. This role involves working full-time, Monday through Friday.

What you will do:

  • Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner
  • Efficiently and accurately navigate public record websites and government databases for the purpose of filing and retrieving publicly recorded documents
  • In coordination with colleagues and correspondents, prepare, review, and submit filings to various regulatory agencies, paying close attention to statutory and jurisdictional rules and regulations
  • Accurately enter and maintain information in Capitol Services’ proprietary systems according to internal guidelines, protocols, and procedures
  • Operate office equipment, such as phones, computers, scales, mailing sorters, photocopiers and scanners
  • Maintain organization to ensure accurate results
  • Provide internal customer service that is courteous, warm, and knowledgeable, exercising emotional intelligence while under pressure
