We are seeking aSupervisor, Core Electrical Programsto lead a high-performing team of Project Managers in the safe, efficient delivery of electrical programs and projects across our Major Projects business unit!

In this hybrid supervisory role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of electrical work - balancing hands-on program management with team leadership. You will guide multi-year program scheduling, drive best practices across electrical teams, and serve as a key point of contact for program sponsors and internal collaborators. Your work directly supports Enbridge's ability to bring critical energy infrastructure online safely and on time.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and develop a team of up to five Project Managers, setting clear expectations, removing obstacles, delegating effectively, and recognizing team contributions to keep programs on track and on budget.

  • Oversee electrical program execution by ensuring all work aligns with applicable industry and company standards, and collaborating with project controls, safety, quality, and construction functions to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.

  • Partner with program sponsors to develop multi-year program schedules, share timely status updates, communicate key performance indicators, and maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

  • Champion ongoing improvement by identifying process gaps, coordinating with electrical peers to embed effective methods, and implementing structured change with lasting results.

  • Apply data-driven decision-making by using quantitative metrics to guide performance, resolve project issues quickly, and make timely, well-reasoned decisions that balance cost, schedule, and business priorities.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree or related construction or operational training and/or experience.

  • 7+ years of directly related electrical and project management experience. For those candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required (total 10+ years).

  • Strong understanding of industry and company standards, with the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day operations.

  • Proven leadership skills, including leading teams, delegating work, balancing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels and teams.

  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities, with experience managing complex project portfolios, driving process improvements, and supporting capital program governance and Authorization For Expenditure (AFE) processes.

Physical Requirementsinclude but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements(Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • Frequent travel (<20%) to field sites and occasional visits to other Enbridge offices. A valid driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.

  • Ability to travel throughout Canada and United States. Valid passport is required.

Salary:

  • Ranges from $115,000 - $150,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
