  • Define long-range product refresh strategy and cohort-level targets
  • Establish prioritization frameworks (age, churn risk, service cost)
  • Translate strategy into annual deployment and Capex plans
  • Align lifecycle strategy with financial planning cycles
  • Build and maintain ROI models linking swaps to churn avoidance and cost savings
  • Partner with Finance to support capital planning and allocation decisions
  • Quantify trade-offs and inform executive decision-making
  • Track realized vs. expected return on asset refresh investments
  • Quantify relationships between asset age, churn propensity, and service cost
  • Develop segmentation models to identify at-risk accounts
  • Establish data-driven thresholds where replacement outperforms repair
  • Design and scale proactive asset refresh programs beyond organic swap rates
  • Lead alignment across Service Ops, Finance, Sales, Product, and Supply Chain
  • Establish KPI framework and performance reporting cadence
  • Build dashboards and executive reporting for SLT visibility
  • Monitor performance vs. plan and drive corrective actions
Requirements
  • 5โ€“8+ years in program management, strategy, or financial analytics
  • Strong experience building business cases and ROI models tied to P&L outcomes
