Job Summary
Provides advanced technical expertise in designing, developing, and managing enterprise automation solutions. Leads initiatives that streamline workflows, integrate systems, and optimize data processes using workflow and process automation tools, and cloud integration services. Combines technical leadership with hands-on development to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable automation and system integration capabilities aligned with institutional modernization goals.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1. Leads the design and implementation of enterprise automation solutions across workflows, integrations, and data platforms
2. Develops and deploys automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Decisions, Blue Prism, or similar platforms
3. Designs and implements system integrations and data pipelines through APIs or middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar iPaaS, etc.)
4. Collaborates with data teams to connect automation workflows to analytics environments (Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle, SQL Server, On-prem resources, etc.)
5. Provides technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship for automation engineers
6. Analyzes business requirements and translate them into secure, scalable automation solutions
7. Maintains platform performance, security, and compliance standards
8. Troubleshoots complex automation and integration issues and coordinate resolutions
9. Documents architecture, workflows, and standard operating procedures
10. Evaluates emerging technologies in automation, AI, and integration for adoption strategies
11. Participates in project planning, resource estimation, and technical delivery
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
Required Experience
Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
