Job description

At Capgemini Invent, we believe difference drives change. As inventive transformation consultants, we blend our strategic, creative and scientific capabilities, collaborating closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Join us to drive transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.

About the Job You're Considering

As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design - augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.

The Process Excellence team helps clients improve how work gets done across core enterprise processes by combining process design, process mining, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled / agentic approaches to drive measurable business outcomes. The work is practical and value-focused: identifying inefficiencies, surfacing root causes through data, redesigning workflows, improving control and performance, and building roadmaps that translate operational pain points into real transformation. It is a strong fit for people who like solving complex business problems in a structured, evidence-based way and who can connect AI, intelligent automation, and process insight to broader enterprise transformation.

Your Role

As a consultant you'll help clients improve core enterprise processes using process mining, analytics, and intelligent automation. This is practical transformation: finding what's broken, quantifying the value, and building a roadmap for improvement - often with GenAI as an accelerant, not a gimmick.

You will:
Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities
Support process mining and process discovery initiatives (data prep, analysis, insights)
Build performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis) to quantify impact
Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value
Support workshops and synthesis into clear recommendations
Track emerging GenAI/automation trends and translate into applicable use cases

Your Skills + Experience

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AIenabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AIaugmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AIdriven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required Experience
2-5 years in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis
Familiarity with tools like Celonis, UiPath, SAP Signavio (or similar)
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
Lean six sigma certification preferred
Exposure to core enterprise processes (O2C, P2P, AR/AP) is a plus
Clear communicator; strong collaboration in client environments
