Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead facilities and branch-related capital projects across the organization. Reporting directly to the Facilities & Operational Readiness Manager, this role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tenant improvements, new branch openings, relocations, warehouse improvements, and other facility initiatives from project kickoff through operational handoff. This position requires someone who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and builds strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to successfully deliver projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with commercial construction experience, exceptional organizational skills, and advanced proficiency with Smartsheet to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders while proactively driving projects to successful completion.

· Lead multiple facilities and capital projects simultaneously from planning through closeout.

· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, dashboards, risks, action items, and executive reporting using Smartsheet while leading project kickoff meetings and ongoing stakeholder communications.

· Coordinate tenant improvements, renovations, warehouse modifications, relocations, and new branch openings.

· Review construction drawings and coordinate owner-furnished equipment including furniture, racking, IT, security, access control, signage, and specialty equipment.

· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with architects, engineers, landlords, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

· Conduct site visits throughout construction and manage punch list completion.

· Support CapEx documentation, budget management, invoice review, cost forecasting, and value engineering initiatives while maintaining project quality and schedule.

· Partner with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Purchasing, Security, and Warehouse Operations to ensure operational readiness.

· Prepare executive project updates highlighting schedule, budget, risks, and key decisions.

· Maintain organized project documentation, closeout packages, warranties, and turnover documents.

· Support continuous improvement by developing standardized project templates, checklists, and processes.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities & Operational Readiness Manager or Operations leadership.


Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Minimum five (5) years of experience managing multiple concurrent commercial construction, facilities, or capital improvement projects.

· Experience coordinating tenant improvements, renovations, branch openings, or industrial/warehouse projects.

· Strong understanding of commercial construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.

· Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet strongly preferred.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, and/or AutoCAD preferred.

· PMP certification preferred.


Physical Requirements

· Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

· Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.

· May be required to lift up to 25 lbs. infrequently.

· Travel throughout Texas and surrounding markets (approximately 20–30%) as required.
