This is a high-impact role focused on turning project concepts into fully operational assetsโ€”working across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning
  • Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and risk plans
  • Manage EPC/EPCM contractors and engineering deliverables
  • Oversee infrastructure including tanks, piping, pumps, and utilities
  • Partner with operations, HSSE, and commercial teams for execution
