Make history with us.Shipping/ Receiving Clerk INMJob DescriptionJob SummaryThe Mixing Center Shipping/ Receiving Clerk is responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound activities, to include gate monitoring, inbound/outbound appointment scheduling, dock assignment, inbound/outbound paperwork confirmation, and dispatch of completed orders. Follows standard work and established procedures for warehouse activities.Essential Job Duties (Most important job duties explained clearly and concisely. If mandatory overtime is required, please list that here.) Prepares Bills of lading and proper shipping documents to specific customer and company specifications. Ensures associates and outside vendors follow GMP, safety, food safety and site specific policies Monitor the gate and check in all inbound activity. Confirm valid appointments and complete inbound paperwork. Assign dock door to minimize travel for loaders. Review outbound paperwork upon completion of outbound load prior to dispatch. Audit inbound/outbound paperwork for completion and accuracy. Communicate and schedule deliveries and shipments to 3rd party warehouses. Partners with internal and external customers to ensure on-time delivery and communicates issues that arise. Assist in scheduling inbound and outbound delivery appointments through information systems, email and phone. Prioritize inbound unloading to minimize shortages on orders and achieve fill rate goals. Support department KPI's Ensure outbound shipments are properly dispatched on departure and proper filing of paperwork. Responsible for daily filing and storage of paperwork to meet company and external customer policies. Collaborate with Taskers to prioritize work based on changing schedules. Required to seal each truck arriving at the site.
