By blending artistry and science, Pura allows users to design their own "scentscapes" that enhance daily life and craft environments that feel as good as they smell.
Why Join Pura?

We've been recognized as the Fastest Growing Company in Utah, and we are passionate about making scent a core part of life's most memorable moments.
Your Role at Pura:
As a Sr. Supply Planning Manager, you will play a key role in driving Pura's financial future while collaborating across departments to optimize our processes and support business strategies. You will help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners. This is your chance to make an impact in a high-growth company that's redefining the way people experience scent.
What You'll Own:
  • Finish Good Supply Planning: Own the development and execution of supply plans to meet demand forecasts while coordinating closely with Sourcing and Buying teams.
  • Materials Requirement Planning: Focused on tuning the system logic, automating parameters, and preventing material bottlenecks before they happen.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory targets across the network, ensuring the right stock levels by location while minimizing excess, obsolescence, and backorder
  • Supply Commitments & Visibility: Ensure clear visibility of supply commitments and lead times from CMs; proactively manage and escalate risks to service levels or inventory health.
  • Exception Handling: Identify and resolve supply disruptions, capacity constraints, or delays from CMs with urgency, while communicating risks and mitigation plans cross-functionally.
  • System & Parameter Maintenance: Ensure accuracy of planning parameters in ERP or planning systems-such as lead times, lot sizes, and order frequency-tailored to CM capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Quality, and the Commercial teams to ensure supply plans are executable and aligned to business priorities.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report key planning KPIs such as service levels, CM adherence to schedule, inventory turns, and material availability.
  • Continuous Improvement (CI): Institute Lean/Six Sigma practices to institutionalize root-cause analysis on inventory variances, continuously improving schedule adherence and forecasting accuracy.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and execute supply plans in coordination with contract manufacturers to ensure product availability while balancing inventory targets, capacity, and lead times.
  • Manage inventory health by maintaining optimal stock levels across the network, minimizing excess and obsolescence, and supporting service level goals.
  • Leverage planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Kinaxis, or similar) to maintain accurate supply plans, manage planning parameters, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Manufacturing Partners, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure timely production, material readiness, and resolution of supply risks.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
  • 10+ years of progressive professional experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics, with a minimum of 5+ years in direct Finished Goods Supply Planning, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), or Capacity Planning.
  • Deep background in retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), e-commerce, or complex multi-channel distribution environments.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and dedicated Advanced Planning Systems (APS) / demand tools (e.g., Kinaxis, Anaplan, Logility, Blue Yonder).
