Job description

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Administrator to join a growing Microsoft Center of Excellence (COE) team within a large enterprise environment. This role is focused on supporting and enhancing the organization’s Power Platform ecosystem, with an emphasis on governance, administration, and end-user enablement. This is a highly visible role where you will act as a key point of contact for the platform, helping drive adoption, provide expert guidance, and improve overall platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Power Platform-related questions and support needs
  • Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting for complex platform issues
  • Participate in and support weekly community of practice (COP) / consulting sessions
  • Manage and maintain the overall health of the Power Platform environment, including:
    • Environments and governance policies
    • Licensing and capacity management
    • Connectors and integrations
    • Platform troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Support Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives, including governance, standards, and best practices
  • Assist with new feature implementation, enhancements, and platform improvements
  • Evaluate and support integration requests with internal and external systems

Must Haves:

  • Admin background with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse - Platform data policies, capacity, licensing, connectors, governance, troubleshooting issues, etc.
  • Support Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives, including governance, standards, and best practice
  • Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting for complex platform issues
  • Ability to function as both an administrator and handle light engineering tasks like application integrations or platform optimization

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
    • Platform data policies, capacity, licensing, connectors, governance, troubleshooting issues, etc.
  • Experience providing advanced (Tier 3) support in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of platform governance, environments, and data policies
  • Ability to function as both an administrator and handle light engineering tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE)
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and integration workflows
  • Microsoft certifications related to M365 / Power Platform
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with lifecycle management and platform optimization
