Hiring and Terminations
Daily Schedules for all employees
Staff Training
Weekly Site Self Audits
Process and procedure implementation and training
Customer complaints and damage claims management
Assist in site marketing plans and follow-up with measurable details
Essential Functions
Perform group meetings and trainings with staff at all levels
Ability to perform training on equipment, hardware and software
Assist in personnel issues as well as hiring and terminations
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Perform all other tasks as assigned
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. All safety equipment is provided.
