We, at QuickSet Defense Technologies, are in the process of enhancing our sales team to facilitate robust new business growth.

Accordingly, we are in search for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our organization and be instrumental in energizing our DoW and government business efforts, generating significant sales growth especially with the DoW, DoW contractors and infrastructure protection market.This high impact role is ideal for a technically fluent business professional looking for a challenging and rewarding business development career.

We expect that your direct sales and technical experience with various types of system positioners, EO/IR cameras, radar, laser range finders, communication systems, weapon mounts, tracking systems, electro-mechanical devices, controllers and other related sensors and instrumentation will be of great value to our sales efforts. We are optimistic that you will significantly contribute to our growth-oriented environment as we continue to add capability to the company in key areas of sales, marketing and engineering. This is an important position within the company and represents a key sales opportunity to grow QuickSet by finding new customers who seek our unique systems development capability in order to serve the evolving technical design and manufacturing requirements of our market.We also seek to expand our relationships with existing customers and support their evolving needs. We expect to drive growth by developing new products and pursuing opportunities to customize our solutions. This will enable us to increase market share and strengthen our competitive position.

This is a "hands-on" position, working directly with current and prospective customers to help organize and interpret necessary aspects of their application, resulting in a more efficient and effective sales channel.

We look to you as a proactive relationship builder to enhance our rapport with DoW agencies and contractors and utilize your capture management skills and proven sales experience, connections and techniques in this professional government-focused sales position to achieve significant sales growth.30%-40% travel is part of this position in order to see our customers personally and better understand the needs of their business environment.

  • This Senior Business Development Manager will help match our products and services with appropriate product applications and strengthen our technical sales network. You will also be on our Product Development Team as a source of new ideas for us to pursue.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
  1. 1.You need to provide a pattern of evidence demonstrating the accomplishment of large projects/orders related to your successful sales career working with the DoW.
  2. 2.You should have 10 years or more experience with business development, capture management and DoW interface.
  3. 3.You need samples of personally written successful technical product/project proposals for multi-million-dollar awarded contracts.
  4. 4.You should be familiar with the use of AI and other digital tools in order to refine the proposed development process and the professional image of company presentations.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
  1. 1.You need to demonstrate practical examples of experience assisting customers with the development of technical system specifications for major projects requiring EO/IR cameras, C-UAS systems interface, weapon mounts and tracking systems.
