Job description

Job Description Summary:
Our Digital Transformation
The Coca-Cola Company is evolving into a more digital-first, data-driven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the KO system's next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end-to-end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.
This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation; it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain-based, product-centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.
Role Overview
This role plays a critical leadership role in advancing Coca-Cola's digital transformation by delivering technology, data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities across the Care and PACS domains. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating enterprise digital priorities into scalable solutions that enhance stakeholder experiences, strengthen operational effectiveness, improve decision quality, and accelerate value realization.
As Coca-Cola continues to embed digital, data, and AI into core business capabilities, this leader will drive the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of digital products and services supporting customer care, consumer engagement, public affairs, communications, sustainability, and reputation management. The role requires strong collaboration across global digital teams, operating units, platform teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and measurable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will combine business acumen, digital product leadership, data literacy, and change leadership to modernize critical business capabilities and help establish digital and AI as competitive differentiators within the North America Operating Unit.
What You will do for us
  • Lead the digital services strategy and roadmap for Care and Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability capabilities across the North America Operating Unit.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where data, automation, digital platforms, and AI can improve business outcomes, efficiency, responsiveness, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Translate business priorities into product portfolios, digital initiatives, and capability roadmaps aligned to enterprise transformation objectives.

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of digital products and services, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, user-centric, and capable of delivering measurable value.

  • Champion AI-enabled innovation and advanced analytics capabilities that improve decision making, stakeholder insights, communications effectiveness, sustainability reporting, and service performance.

  • Establish performance metrics, value realization frameworks, and outcome measurements to ensure digital investments contribute to growth, productivity, and operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional digital teams, enterprise platforms, data organizations, and external partners to accelerate capability delivery and adoption.

  • Lead prioritization discussions across competing business demands while balancing enterprise standards, local market requirements, risk considerations, and business value.

  • Promote modern product management practices, agile delivery methods, and data-driven decision making across supported functions.

  • Ensure digital solutions comply with governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements while advancing enterprise transformation goals.

  • Drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness activities that enable successful implementation and sustained business impact.

  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, digital trends, and evolving stakeholder expectations relevant to Care and PACS functions.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience leading digital, technology, product, transformation, or business capability initiatives within complex global organizations.

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with senior business leaders to define and deliver strategic digital roadmaps and business outcomes.

  • Experience managing digital product portfolios, technology programs, or enterprise capability transformations supporting customer, communications, sustainability, or corporate functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable digital, data, automation, and AI solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of product management, agile delivery methodologies, value realization, and digital operating models.

  • Experience leveraging analytics, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks to drive business decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across highly matrixed organizations without direct authority.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology platforms, data ecosystems, integration principles, and digital governance practices.

  • Experience driving organizational change, user adoption, and capability transformation initiatives at scale.

  • High level of digital fluency, including practical understanding of artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and executive engagement skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance innovation, business priorities, risk management, and operational execution.

  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative, and growth-oriented ways of working.
