Description
RedSky is seeking a Senior Enterprise Leader to support the overall mission of the Department of Defense (DoD) by focusing on knowledge management, information sharing, collaboration, data, business processes, and digital capabilities. This effort provides significant opportunities for an upcoming program.
These positions offer an opportunity to work directly with senior military and civilian leaders while helping improve how information, data, processes, and technology support operational missions. We are interested in experienced Program Managers, Deputy Program Managers, Knowledge Management Leads, Technical Leads, Site Leads, Mission Integration Leads, Solution Architects, and other senior professionals capable of leading complex teams and customer requirements.
This is a rewarding effort that provides significant opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility for professionals who enjoy solving difficult problems and helping organizations improve how they operate.
Responsibilities:
  • Leading personnel supporting enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, data, technology, and mission support activities,
  • Serving as a primary interface with government leadership, stakeholders, technical teams, and geographically distributed users,
  • Managing personnel, schedules, priorities, deliverables, risks, quality, and customer requirements,
  • Coordinating work across headquarters, subordinate organizations, remote locations, and mission partners,
  • Translating operational and business requirements into executable technical or process solutions,
  • Leading knowledge management, information sharing, collaboration, workflow, data, records management, training, and digital modernization initiatives,
  • Supporting organizational change, adoption, communications, training, and implementation of new capabilities,
  • Managing technical and functional teams operating across classified and unclassified environments,
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce duplication, improve information access, and increase operational effectiveness,
  • Supporting transition, staffing, workforce development, and continuity of operations,
  • Building strong relationships with customers and personnel at supported locations.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Must be able to maintain an Active Secret security clearance and possess an active U.S. passport at the time of hiring selection,
  • Ability to travel within the United States and internationally when required, and the ability to work onsite at the assigned government location as mission requirements dictate,
  • PMP or comparable program or project management certification (preferred for applicable leadership positions),
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams, managing technical and functional personnel simultaneously, and supporting senior military or civilian government leaders in classified environments,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders,
  • Demonstrated background in one or more of the following: Joint DoD operational environments; Combatant commands/military headquarters; Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Power BI; business process improvement; organizational change management; records and information management; data analytics/visualization; DevSecOps; information architecture; taxonomy/metadata management; or mission integration.
