Somos una empresa manufacturera local en crecimiento y estamos buscando un(a) Operador(a) de Costura Industrial responsable y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo de producción. Este puesto implica coser y ensamblar productos textiles utilizando maquinaria industrial en un ambiente limpio y organizado.
Tiempo Completo y Medio Tiempo, Primer y Segundo Turno
Responsabilidades:
Operar máquinas de costura industriales (walking foot, costura recta, bar tack, etc.)
Coser y ensamblar telas, cintas (webbing) y otros componentes textiles siguiendo patrones e instrucciones
Realizar tareas de acabado: corte de hilos, refuerzos y etiquetado
Inspeccionar el trabajo terminado para asegurar calidad y precisión
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada
Cumplir con horarios de producción y estándares de calidad
Requisitos:
Experiencia previa operando máquinas de costura industriales
Experiencia con lona (canvas), nylon, cintas (webbing) o materiales pesados es una ventaja
Atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir instrucciones
Responsable, puntual y orientado(a) al trabajo en equipo
Capacidad para estar de pie por períodos prolongados
Bilingüe (español) es una gran ventaja

We are a growing, locally owned manufacturing company seeking an experienced and reliable Industrial Sewing Operator to join our production team. This role involves sewing and assembling textile products using industrial sewing equipment in a clean, organized facility.
Full-Time & Part-Time, 1st & 2nd Shift
Responsibilities:
Operate industrial sewing machines (walking foot, straight stitch, bar tack, etc.)
Sew and assemble fabric, webbing, and other textile components following patterns and instructions
Perform finishing tasks: trimming, reinforcing, labeling
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized workstation
Follow production schedules and quality standards
Requirements:
Prior experience operating industrial sewing machines required
Experience with canvas, nylon, webbing, or heavy-duty materials preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for long periods
Bilingual (Spanish) is a major plus
