Job description

Inkwell Games, the studio behind daily digital logic puzzles like Stars, Fields and Lazy River, is hiring a Creator & Content Marketing Manager to take over social and influencer marketing from its founder, running a high-volume content engine across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, building an influencer/creator program, and using data to double down on what works.

Responsibilities Run the content engine:
  • Own the content strategy and calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Script, shoot, edit, and publish, at a real clip
  • Explore YouTube Shorts and help us figure out if and how we go after it
  • Use Anastasia and the team as on-camera resources when it makes sense, but drive the calendar yourself
  • Bring a steady stream of content ideas rooted in the puzzles themselves, our brand values, the community, and what's working in short-form right now
Build the influencer and creator program:
  • Source, vet, and onboard new influencers and micro-creators in our audience pockets
  • Maintain and grow those relationships over time
  • Maintain guidelines and messaging memos to ensure consistent storytelling
Partner on strategy:
  • Work with Anastasia on brand pillars and storyline
  • Live in the numbers: TikTok analytics, Instagram insights, PostHog, and let the signal steer the next batch of content
  • Bring outside perspective on where the puzzle and brain-health/mindful-phone-use space is heading
Requirements
  • Not your first rodeo: 3-6 years running social and/or influencer marketing, ideally for a consumer brand or app
  • A creator-operator who knows how short-form video actually gets made
  • Genuinely strong design instincts; can design thumbnails, graphics, and on-brand visual assets (Canva is fine)
  • High ownership and follow-through
  • You love puzzles and games
  • Comfort in chaos
  • Async fluency, working across time zones

Startup equity (real upside). Generous PTO (currently unlimited, tracked only to ensure it's taken). Health insurance reimbursement (where applicable). Retirement plan (where applicable).
