Job description

About Us
X UP Brands is a fast-growing e-commerce company that builds and scales consumer brands across Amazon, Shopify, and emerging channels. We are focused on creating better products, stronger brands, and faster creative systems that help us win in modern e-commerce.
We believe the future of e-commerce belongs to brands that can create content at scale, test quickly, work with creators effectively, and adapt faster than the market. TikTok, short-form video, AI-assisted content, and creator-driven commerce are becoming a major part of that future.
About the Role
We are hiring a TikTok Content & Creator Partnerships Intern for a 4-month test role focused on helping us build and test a high-volume TikTok content engine.
This role is for someone who is highly plugged into TikTok culture, excited by content creation, and interested in the future of AI-assisted media. You will help us test content ideas, work with creators, manage outreach, and experiment with modern tools including AI video workflows, AI avatars, and fast-turn creative production.
This is not a passive internship. We are looking for someone who wants to help us test aggressively, learn quickly, and build something that drives real growth. If it is a strong fit, this role could continue beyond the initial internship.
What You'll Do
  • Research TikTok trends, winning hooks, viral formats, and competitor content
  • Brainstorm and help produce short-form content ideas for our brands
  • Assist in creating content using AI tools, including AI video workflows and AI avatars
  • Help test different content styles, messaging angles, and creative concepts quickly
  • Source creators, affiliates, and UGC partners that fit our brands
  • Reach out to creators and manage communication in a professional and organized way
  • Track creator outreach, responses, samples, posted content, and performance
  • Help organize content calendars, testing plans, and creator pipelines
  • Monitor what is working across TikTok Shop, creator content, and paid/organic trends
  • Help us build repeatable systems for creator management and content testing

Requirements
Who We're Looking For
  • Highly familiar with TikTok and short-form content culture
  • Excited about content creation and comfortable making, editing, or coordinating content
  • Interested in AI tools for content production, including AI video and avatar-based content
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage many moving parts
  • Strong communicator who can interact professionally with creators and partners
  • Fast-moving, resourceful, and eager to test ideas without overthinking
  • Interested in e-commerce, branding, creator marketing, and digital growth
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn by doing
Nice to Have
  • Experience creating TikTok, Reels, or short-form videos
  • Experience with CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, AI video tools, or other creative software
  • Experience with influencer outreach, creator partnerships, or affiliate programs
  • A strong eye for what makes content feel native, engaging, and high-converting

Benefits
  • Real hands-on experience building a modern content and creator growth engine
  • Opportunity to work on the future of e-commerce content creation
  • Learn how brands test content, work with creators, and scale attention
  • High ownership and real responsibility from day one
  • Strong opportunity for this role to continue if you perform well
