Senior Account Executive

Are you a relentless sales hunter driven by the thrill of capturing new logos? Do you have an insatiable appetite for learning next-generation technology and transforming enterprise workflows? If so, Canon Workplace Technologies, a division of digital imaging and innovation leader Canon USA, wants you on our team. We are seeking an ambitious and high-performing Senior Account Executive (SAE) to pioneer business development and capture new logo business across the rapidly growing Front Range Urban Corridor. This is not an account-maintenance role. We are looking for an aggressive business development champion who enjoys a competitive commission structure, uncapped earning potential, continuous training, and elite sales perks. In this role, you will lead with value-added conversations, helping local enterprises solve operational challenges and achieve digital transformation by leveraging Canon's world-class solutions.

Your Impact

- New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure net-new commercial logo accounts within the Front Range territory through active prospecting, cold calling, social selling, and targeted digital campaigns. - Executive Consultation: Lead strategic, face-to-face discovery sessions and solution demonstrations with business owners, C-suite executives, and key decision-makers to identify complex operational and workflow challenges. - Solutions Champion: Master and position Canon's extensive workplace technologies, cloud capabilities, and third-party software integrations to create customized business value propositions. - Pipeline Management: Actively manage, nurture, and log pipeline development activities using Salesforce CRM to ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. - Collaborative Selling: Collaborate with internal software engineers, technical specialists, and market experts to design comprehensive, high-margin solution proposals that drive client success.

Solutions Portfolio: What You'll Sell Canon Workplace Technologies provides enterprise-grade integrations that allow companies to automate operations, improve collaboration, and secure their networks. As an SAE, your sales toolkit will include:

  • Business Process Automation (BPA): Accounts Payable (AP) Automation, Digital Mailroom, Document Digitization, and Human Resources workflow integrations.
  • Digital Transformation (DX): Workflow Optimization, Strategic Assessments, Scanning and Backfile Conversion, and Enterprise Transformation consulting.
  • IT & Security Services: Managed IT and Cybersecurity Suite, including Cloud Services, 24/7 Help Desk Support, IT Infrastructure Management, Penetration Testing, baseline security assessments, and device-to-document threat security.
  • Workplace Software & Hardware: Advanced Document Capture & Distribution, Information Management, Mobile Solutions, Cloud Print Management, and Device Management (including Canon's next-generation imageFORCE lineup).
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

- Bachelor's degree required. - Minimum of three (3) years of business-to-business (B2B) sales or professional customer-facing experience. - Proven track record of new business acquisition (hunting) and persuading decision-makers to adopt innovative technology solutions. - Exceptional communication and active-listening skills with a focus on building long-term, high-trust executive relationships. - Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently, manage a complex multi-city territory, and prioritize time effectively. - Ability and willingness to travel within the local Front Range market (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required). We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $50,000-$63,160 annually. This role is eligible for incentive compensation under the terms of an applicable plan and/or policy. Incentive compensation earnings vary by quota assigned, at 100% of plan, the anticipated incentive compensation for this role is $62,869 annually. This role is also eligible for a transportation allowance.
