We are looking for an experienced cook to fill in our kitchen staff and contribute to the overall experience of our restaurant. We are looking for someone to work with a Team. Great communication and time management skills are required.

Attention to detail and keeping the kitchen tidy and clean all while preparing, cooking, and arranging food together with the rest of our Team.

Responsibilities of a Cook:
  • Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
  • Preparing workstations for cooking.
  • Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
  • Checking the quality of the ingredients.
  • Preparing cooking ingredients
  • Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation.
Cook Job Requirements:
  • Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
  • Must know and follow sanitation procedures.
  • Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must showcase great organizational skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and act quickly.

Wichita Brewing Company has been locally owned and operated since 2011. We currently have 2 brewpubs, and a production facility that is a top producer in the state of Kansas.
Expanding East, West, & Beyond:
The original brew pub is located on the West side of Wichita. Eventually, it was decided that Wichita needed to be able to get good beer on both sides of town. In 2015 the east side WBC was open for business, but this was not enough. We are always looking for areas to open more brew pubs!
